Login Blocked: Suspicious Software or Corrupted Install Detected

Recently decided to pick New World back up with the Aeternum update, and this is all I get. Verifying the files does nothing to fix it.

Husband can't figure out what's wrong, he doesn't get this error.

Does anyone have a fix?

Edit: I am giving up for now.
I highly recommend trying Guild Wars 2!
I am enjoying myself quite a lot playing it instead.

I have changed my review to negative. I simply can't play the game until they fix this.

It's a damn shame because I really enjoyed it.

you could always try putting the game onto a m.2 drive or a SSD rather than the HDD that it might be installed on. That fixed it for my gf's computer.

Oh great I have this bug too now. It cropped up a little after last update and then self corrected over numerous log ins. Now with this last update, it's stronger then ever. Verifying files, switching off EAC, hasn't worked. I'll try other tips, but as an old gamer, I'm tech thick. Nothing like this on any other game, nor this one till the updates. I was getting jagged and long pop-up load ins at times. Throne and Liberty on their other server is working well, but I'm finding that game a bit tedious.

I am only having this issue with this game. I've had no other issues with any other EAC's or MMOs.

7 Days to Die works fine, Warhammer 40K Space Marines 2 works fine, so I don't think it's EAC related but i don't know anymore.

I gave up for now and went to play Guild Wars 2. I highly recommend it!
It's a very fun mmo that focuses on exploring the map to get rewards and simple game play kind of like this game - where your skills are tied to which weapon you wield.

I am running a Warrior who uses a greatsword and bows right now. Very fun.

Not sure if this is just a coincidence but I was getting this 3-4 times a night. I found not skipping any screens during loading (inc. the Amazon splash screen) and waiting 20 seconds before clicking on the character screen stopped this occurring.

So i tried to solve the issue again today and:

Checked Windows uodates, had two updates one with .NET and another, updated windows, that DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM

Checked my firewall/Virus software for any blocking - NONE WAS shown, all steam access was allowed DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM

Reinstalled/Repaired EAC --THAT FIXED THE PROBLEM
Right click on NW game-->Manage-->Browse local files-->open EAC folder-->click on EAC.setup (NOT THE EOS one if you have it)

I was logged in past the normal 60-90 second kick timer, I will play later tonight and see how it holds up.

Bottom line, don't tear your computer apart for this game

So i just tried the game after having installed/repaired EAC and it was fine, i stayed logged in.
I logged out after a while and than back in and the problem came back!!! So i installed/repaired EAC again and i was able to stay in, something is very buggy with EAC, I don't know who owns that code but for me its not working correctly, clearly I don't have bots or mods as I was able to play and than later I was not able to play, very frustrating to say the least.

hello eveyone i should have this problem time to time randomly i think its the easy anticheat who is getting the problem didnt try uininstall and reinstall the anticheat at the source files of the game may be is a fix temporal but im guessing a little bit
