Crash issues day of WoW 20th Anniversary, player count won't recover...

Lots of renewed interest from PC players that instantly stopped with this failed patch. No communication about a fix so far.

It's pretty amazing the launch was planned a week before the biggest MMO has a massive event, and maintenance was scheduled the day of that event, resulting in crash bugs. I wonder if they will be fixed in time to compete with launch of COD this week...

This scheduling was a recipe for mediocrity before the patch failure. I have very low hopes further game improvements will get funding.

Love how people are just now figuring out after three years of botched updates that the devs are incompetent. This has literally been going on for years.

You're right it's definitely not the game developed by some of the worst incompetent people in history who have done nothing in years. I hear they did tank the graphics at least and make them worse to match consoles, great work so far.

they apply patches and even hotfixes on a regular basis for a reason, not because everything is working flawlessly and they have nothing better to do.
