MSQ = WAAAAAAYYYY too much XP
I'd get in before the (definitely) incoming MASSIVE nerf to the XP gains..

as it sits right now, Im 64, and I have been 10+ Levels OVER the "Recommended Level" of the zones long before I ever set foot in them. I entered Brimstone Sands at level 64.. Thats the closest Ive gotten to the zone min of an area.

I havent done a single sidequest. Not one. (Except the Faction Quest.) Ive put almost zero effort into the game. My gear is still the level 25 faction gear.. hasnt made a lick of difference.

Its WAY WAY too easy. IM using a Flail and Shield in Tank mode and Im dropping everything with zero effort. Unless there are more than like 8 mobs @ my level.. I dont even lose 20% of my HP.

My wife and my sons are steamrolling every piece of content.. and we can already see the wall of boredom crashing down.

They desperately need to either up the difficulty of the current content or seriously lower the XP gains of the MSQ to force players to do additional content. As it stands now... this is just a slog of easybake boredom

LOL. I am still in bright wood on MSQ at 55. I did do faction quest in morning dale and restless shore up to second rank. I kept my trade skill current. Nothing special and even across disciplines (~150). Way to much exp. I expect to hit 65 tomorrow just on MSQ so I can advance into brimstone and beyond.

what makes no sense is house ownership at level one territories, why even bother with the card anymore, bunch of senseless development changed

I’m having a blast with the game but this is one criticism that I agree with. I died 2 times total. One was because I just walked away from the controller in a bad spot and the other I got killed in a dungeon when the group was spread out, that’s it everything Elsa has been steamrolled. Definitely could use some adjusting.

That was allready a complaint from my side when i bought the game back in the day.

Now its even worse.
I only did msq and a little bit gathering inbetween. Now im lvl 21 and the msq is still at level 16 xD

Same concern. I'm trying to just slow down and appreciate the areas, but I'm bombing through them . Even trying funky hybrid builds and levelling four weapons at the same time. Add the new clunky graphics and long load ins and I'm not enjoying it as before.

I had zero deaths heading to 60 on base game. I only died trying to solo group content when my hatchet was OP.

Now I am half way there, not questing much, just p1ssfarting around and still haven't died.

Then I face a human player and it's the most difficult fight in all eternity.

The exp gain for the main story quest is definitely too high. It has been one of my main complaints from day one of the original release.

I do a lot of gathering and crafting as I try to keep my main crafting skills current, which only adds to the problem.

The original release didn’t even really have a main story we had to level from town boards

games ez asf... no challenging content at all soo far. U know in classic wow there were early quests or enemies u had to team up against and some location if u pulled too many enemies u died. Was much more enjoyable

They have reduced the instances of gold Elites in the open world. Fort example what was Caminus and Myrk have been made easier for sure, but that isnt necessarily a bad thing. At the end of the day if you don't like it don't play it............

Mutations are the only thing from the original game that were truly challenging, its a causal MMO not a second job.

I'm not sure the game is intended to go on for a huge while anyway, the main story seems to be being stitched together for a conclusion.

Sham,e as the IP as massive potential. Rather this than the LoTR MMO that no one wants.

Knowing the MSQ gives you alot of XP, you should have focused on the MSQ only and not wasted your time gathering and crafting. It would of made the MSQ more difficult and fun...You would be level 60-61 by the time you start Brimstone and lvl 63-64 by the time you enter Elysian wilds. (This is the way the devs intended your levels to be and anyone arguing about this is spreading misinfo.)

M3's, Hive of gorgon, Sandworm are not easy content for new players. I fully doubt, you guys, as new players can do anything actually difficult in this game without getting carried by veterans.

At 65 is when the game begins. Your family be killing each other doing raids. Think of it's as. Tutorial
