Can't even log in to game.

Since last night, not able to log in whatsoever. I start the game, on the server select screen my character doesn't appear, the play button is greyed out. It says there is no servers available in my region and there is a constant loading circle. I've reinstalled the game, changed DX version, used a VPN, reformatted my PC. Nothing works. Anyone else having this problem or suggest a solution? Thanks.

Same error here and devs wont answer support tickets.
No solutions yet, yesterday by some miracle mine loaded and I could play but now its bugged again. VPN wont work, another device wont work, reinstalling wont, nothing does anything this game is so ♥♥♥♥ bro

I have left tickets and heard nothing... Heard a rumour their support is mainly handled by AI. This would explain a few things.

Installed on a HDD?
The same thing happened to me, I tried everything and it doesn't work.
When I moved it to an MV2 the problem was solved, it works perfectly.
I don't know what they did to the game engine, but they should say on the page that it no longer supports HDD.

I have and M2 drive. Nothing to do with my hardware. Also tried it on my partners PC, same result. No idea what is going on. I've been on reddit with this too, looks like Amazon are just blanking tickets from people with this issue.

Same here... It has been this way on and off since launch. It has been a hot topic item that they cannot seem to fix. Keep hitting the settings button in the top corner and waiting for the refresh. After about 30+ minutes you may get lucky and everything will load in.

download the latest patch crashes always loading the game and I don't even get to the game screen after 4800 hours of gameplay it's never happened to me

I am also having the same problem I spent a couple of hours last night messing around with my pc thinking it was a me thing but every other game launches fine except this one. I read that sometimes the game rights itself after a couple of days and it happens when there is a background update. I dont recall needing to allow for one thought. Total inconvenience factor 1000

my problem solved, just reinstall visual C++ x64 x86 2022
