Recipe: Golden Steel Storage Chest BUG in fresh servers [Aquarius]

my friend got a server first of the Recipe: Golden Steel Storage Chest, traded the schematic to our furniture crafter, and once he "learned" the schematic, it dint show in the crafting options.
is this a bug?? were and how can we appeal for this??
we got vods and screen shots to prove that we got the item.

That sounds buggish. They can tell if you have had and learnt the schematic its whether they can be bothered to do it really. Hopefully they will fix this for you.

There is a bug when crafting station DO NOT show all the craft , and you cannot even search for them by their name - it simple wont be shown in the results.
Atleast half of armoring craft recipes on my character suffer from it right now at this very moment on the server of Phoenix.
