For those having graphic issues try this

Hey guys

I noticed a number of posts regarding graphical issues such as textures not loading. If you are yet to try, run the game with the DX11 option when launching in steam. If the option doesn't show, try the following:

Open Steam and go to your library.
Right-click on New World and select "Properties".
Under the "General" tab, find the "Launch Options" box.
In the text field, type "-dx11" Click "OK" to save your changes.

With the DX12 version being an experimental beta, it seems to still have a few issues for people.

I'd also recommend launching your AMD or Nvidia settings and adding your sharpness filter to remove some blur from the game, and also add anisotropic filtering x16 (gpu may vary) to improve the graphics further.
