Uninstalled... PC Optimization is a joke

The game runs like **** on PC. Can't even login, terrain can't even load in, let alone players. Hope you got some sales from these console players. Likely will never return after yet another failed soft-launch.

Mine stutters so bad I cannot even move my character. Its not just in game either, even during menus before I'm fully in game. I installed latest drivers, set video settings to LOW. Before this update I ran at HIGH with no issues. I cant figure this out, and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops.

Somehow it both looks worse and runs worse. I thought the graphical downgrade was to improve optimization, but I don't see it...

Yeah it looks terrible on PC. Stutters all day and very bad graphics.

What kind of video card do you have? Performance didn't change at all for me on either of my PC's. The game does look a little different to me though, especially on the DX12 client (which also runs better).

AMD here and I hear talk that something is messed up with AMD cards specifically. But it's likely just rumors. Game was always buggy and not very consistent in how it ran on different rigs. Guess this didn't change with Aeternum either.

I have 2 SDD moving this from my secondary to main SDD game loads in seconds now instead of 5-6 minutes where the terrain and characters are basemodels for several minutes and you can't even see builds or other backgrounds.

Intel i7 20 cores cpu, rtx 4060, 32gb DDR5 6200mhz, 1440p and no fps spikes unless im in town. its typical of that to happen. I noticed this game is very SSD Heavy with write speed which is probaly why my m.2 is rendering the zones quick as heck. I got like top of the line m.2 that has a heatsink. maybe overboard but it writes and reads games quick cause games always been writing data while playing online
