14 is the best game but if u already done the MSQ on it and aren't in the mood for tab target and group content this games a good choice.

As someone who has over 3k hours on FFXIV. FFXIV all the way. New world for the pvp itch but still has a long way to go with PvE content. FFXIV on the other hand has over thousands of hours of content. 11 year game > 3 year game.

Found ffx to be a bit dated. Got old pretty quick for me. Loved the original ffxi back in the day but this new one not so much.

FFXIV takes the cake for ERP which is why they have no time to focus on PVP. You could guesstimate more than half the player base is just there for cat girls.
