Still enjoying the Fresh Start though.
I figured it couldn't have been the size of graphics memory, because I got 24GB and less than half is being used by the game at any given time. I remembered this never happening before Aeternum and noticed the textures are mostly missing in towns, and loading into the game while in town takes longer to display everything compared with logging in somewhere in the wilderness.
Then I noticed the option for dynamic resolution missing from the dx12 client. So I switched back to the dx11 client and there it was again, so I deactivated. End of the story is inside the dx11 client with dynamic resolution off the textures are there, but the FPS in Oxboro get as low as 30. I'm assuming the dx12 version has dynamic changes build in by default, which is why we're not seeing our textures.
Not gonna play on dx11 though, the textures may be there but everything else is looking less crisp and the performance is not that great in comparison.
