Does anyone know why there are no transfer options for my character?

I am trying to play with a friend. I bought this on PS5 and the store for character transfer option is blank. Trying to get on same server as a friend but my server says full

Yea i am sitting here waiting on transfer option too, locked out from my friends. I am le poor so I had to wait till payday to get it. Now they are 25+ and I am stuck in a world by myself.

Character transfer section of in-game store is still empty on xbox as well. Sent in a ticket 2 weeks ago and was told it was sent to the tech team but haven't heard back on it in about a week. rumor is they are waiting for populations on servers to stabilize but there has been no mention of that anywhere.

I had 2 region and server transfers from before Aetherium released. 2 of them now only let me transfer to only legacy servers, which are also ghost towns and I cant region transfer. I opened ticket and they said I have to spend my now only legacy server transfers I have for the store to let me buy a region transfer.
