Quest locked behind PVP ♥♥♥♥ or PVP area is pain in the ass to do

I really need Power Stone quest to be completed, but that camper who teamed up in Citadel is just annoying AS ♥♥♥♥. What the hell do I need to do to fight with a weapon and locked stats?

This is just the nature of PvP -- other people trying to stop you from doing something.

They know no one likes to pvp so they force people into it by grinding opr for artifacts then all the quests are pvp.
