forgemaster's legacy quest
is there something going on with this quest or is it bugged

what server are you on? im on Cerberus and he isn't spawning, leaving many players unable to progress the main storyline

I was playing on Kalahari (US East) and he hadn't spawned for me after several tries over 24hrs. Each time I went to the quest location there was always 5+ people there with the same issue. Today I switch my character to Cimmeria and he spawned. That leads me to believe there's an issue on some servers but not all.
