Report a translation problem
I had the same until I moved my installation from HD to SSD. I guess the longer load time gets misinterpreted as low bandwidth.
Just tested on speedtest showing 603mbs download I would think that's sufficient.
I am in contact with support but they haven't been able to help me yet. I am playing a lot of other MMOS on this PC and they all work so there has to be something wrong with the game.
If you meet the minimum requirements then it is up to them to fix your issues.
I had a quest to fish 15 fish and crashed 15 time before getting them.
Game play is how I like it, video is great but the connection issues crashes me to the character screen. That is them not me ...or you !
I turned mine off and it helped me .
Under Setting> go to Game. go to Preferences and turn off the Client Telemetry Data bar.
Read what it says and good luck, you can always turn it back on.
