It is broken. It is giving light armor users access to tank only exclusive illegal perks. It also allows you to use kite shields in light armor. Armor does not scale linearly. Light armor is 70% of what full heavy is. You don't understand math.
If the intention is to increase armor, then have it where it says increases armor by 25% when in a light armor load out and not its current implementation.
Full heavy reaches way more armor than a featherweight build and you pass on another artifact-effect for the weight reduce resulting in more armor. Whats the problem with that? I dont get the complain...
not all care much about pvp balance always nerf this or remove that just leave pve alone please.
a lot of daily soul tries include being able to facetank nasty bosses without any support dont more nerfs for the next years.
