Report a translation problem
a more proper bug report should include more details like server name and time at least and should be posted on discord with part of the specs from your machine,not on general discussion almost unseen, support would need to check logs you need to contact game support more directly.
got no freezes at all even with an aged rig and graffic card unless get caught from a wave on the way to another circle,after the phase with the carpace thingie to destroy and activating more than one blue ball enabled chain ,easy only like 5 minutes longer than any other soultrail, mostly because my lifestaff only made mediocre damage during the last phase with just staying inside the healing bubbles on cooldown the last endless minutes that is the easy part without the need to run around.
dont believe from my own experience on legacy that any freeze is a general bug maybe you have too much post processing with effects enabled,please try out with less than high if not using custom settings.mostly only take a few more seconds to exit a soultrail than entering on my side.
nobody here can help you with bug report threads on general discussion other than same or not same as reaction.
though OP had provided a lot of more details than most others has done before.
t hope support will answer if already addressed as i presume of course before the weekend ends.
Dear colleague, if you're not part of the support team and don't actually have anything helpful to contribute, it doesn't make sense to comment. You just wasted your time and mine... They have already addressed the error I mentioned, after all, it was a general error that affected EVERYONE who was trying!
not sorry that i got zero freeze problem the last days so not everyone got such severe problems, unless only for your (freshstart ?) server ,no need for being rude but i can understand the frustration if stalled on progress so close before weekend.
not offense taken.. "Dear colleague" peace out already have wished you luck not wanted to waste more than a minute of your precious time while waiting for actions from support instead of a mere fellow gamer.
no need to answer that explanation if the issue got solved hopefully.
