Season Quest Bug - Access to Jehan

I am on the step of "The Mage" where I am supposed to kill Jehan. I already opened the door to the Serenity Sanctuary some weeks ago but failed to kill Jehan.

When I now return to the cave the door is locked again with not switches active to open it.

Restarting the game did no help. What else can I try to fix this?

I had this same issue.. I however abandoned the quest thinking i would be able to pick it up again to start that step over, but I can't pick it up in crows nest in ebonscale

So don't do what I did..

O.k. I guess I am done with this season quest then. Let's see what happens if a new season quest line starts.

had a guy in game with this same issue. he abandoned and could pick up the quest again from grace omalley outside the ice castle where we fought king idris :)
