New World Aternum

Please anyone, if you know,
can you tell me if this "aternum" update coming in october, is only the console thing or it is also something additional like new areas/stuff to do etc...?

Because i see a lot of ppl complaining about "it is just the console port, no new content", but looking at the site description... it says "new island" etc...

Am i drunk?

Same content will be for all: PC/consoles players. basically rework/rename of the entire game and will be free update if you have base game + DLC. There' will be new mount (bear), reworked and finished story, swimming, new PvP area plus Cutlass Keys area will be updated into the high lvl zone. Fresh servers too.

It's the same game, all they did is rebrand it for console. For this pc version it's just an update.

ohhh now I got it, so Aternum is the CONSOLE port... I honestly thought it is a FULL new game and that's why all complained. So i played it on PS5 (Demo) and was wondering why it was 1 to 1 the same as on PC, JUST that you can swim (and a bit different start)~

Me stupid, but cool. For me it was really running good on PS5 ^^
