Shattered Obelisk has a bugged treasure chest

There is a faction quest that requires you to find items in the treasure chests in Shattered Obelisk. 12 items from 12 treasure chests. The quest is a major pain in the butt to being with, because seriously? 12 chests? Whatever. I'll just hurry up and get it done.

Except you can't. I can't. Nobody can. Because whoever created the structures here didn't bother to make sure the floors were solid. It looks like there is a floor under this treasure chest, in fact it's a trap. You try to get close and you fall through.

But the walls? The walls are solid. So you're trapped underneath and have to use /stuck to get unstuck. But don't you dare try again. Because there is a 90 second timer on the /unstuck command and Amazon apparently doesn't care if you get stuck every 10 seconds. You'll just have to wait in your new MMO prison simulator.

Shattered Obelisk is a waste of time. Don't even bother taking quests there.

There are more than 12 chests, there are actually 21 chests there.

There are more than 12 chests.

Whoopty-doo! I'm not spending hours of my life running around finding them.

I found one there. I can't loot it so I dropped the quest.

And there's no point taking quests there until this is fixed. Less frustration and more time doing something productive. Like not falling through floors.

The bugged quest should be fixed.

More important the method to report bugs needs to be implemented as quickly as you fixed exploits on some weapons. Let the community know though no more stealth changes even if they are needed and beneficial.

Someone told you there is enough chests that you don't even need to bother with it but you chose not to do a quest because of a bug which while annoying doesn't stop your progress on the quest.

Yes, I agree, the bugged chest should be fixed. I submit however, that the quest itself isn't bugged because I myself have completed that same faction question several times so I can say for certain it is NOT bugged.

The quest is crap as long as bugs like this exist.

It is a waste of my time = fact.
It is frustrating = fact.
Anyone with at least 2 brain cells will skip Shattered Obelisk until this is fixed = fact.
