Muffled Sound

Anyone else had an issue where all sound is muffled? Almost like a light underwater effect. I've tried restoring all settings to default and nothing has changed it. Been like this for days! I havent even changed anything!

are you wearing a full plate closed visor helmet ? because that makes sounds muffled.

if that is not what you mean by muffled then i have no idea.

i find the closed helmet effect awesome , so i am kinda thinking this might be a different issue but everyone has different tastes so just putting it out there just in case you are wearing that.
