Quest bugged ?

HI so there's a dog outside a dungeon its a group event and you need to give him some bones from inside it.
I got the bones and gave them to the dog when requested, however the quest didn't seem to registrar it and still says hes waiting for his bones.
now its stuck and you need a dungeon key and to find another group just for the bones its a bit of a pain in the ass and i don't know if i can redo it
Anyone else had this or know if it can be fixed, bug request etc?

its repeatable, its a dungeon XP bonus basically, every dungeon has a repeatable quest.

With 35 you get one from barkimedes too for the obelisk dungeon giving 8k xp i think.

You can craft dungeon keys and only 1 person needs one to get 5 people inside btw
