No Sustainable Gold Income After level 60.
This is like a IRL(In Real Life) poverty simulator. (also its even worse for solo players), High rent, taxes on everything and no way to make money.

- As a solo player grinding elite areas at level 60 all day (mobs are lvl 61+), I can tell you that the gold i make is from salvage, that goes into repair costs. Nothing simply generates money, you just spend it over and over at 60. I have 3 (edit: 5 now) town storages maxed with only weapons, and gear that is just sitting there and taking up space, what im I supposed to do with it? Salvaging gives exremely low gold. The best way to make money is buy a new account and level your way through the quests and give your quest money to your main.
Cities other than Everfall and Windsward dont even make enough money to cover their upkeep bills.

- Nothing sells on the market anymore

- Theres no other sustainable income for gold apart from the main quest and side quests. but there are no more quests. (farming wood, mining, harvesting etc... is not sustainable because theres no new gold coming into the economy and it's evidence of a broken system. End game income and activity should not be harvesting tier 1 resources. That means everything is broken from the top down.) Mobs and faction quests should give alot more gold, same with town projects.

- House rent, is crazy expensive, and can't be shared.

- Town owners/company owners are the only ones making gold.

- No NPC vendors

- Town project rewards is a joke - Chop 500 pieces of wood, gain 5 gold from it. Wow thanks, useless.

- Items can't be re-sold (bound to player/bound on pickup)

- invasions / wars is NOT sustainable as over 90% players is never playing it/kicked from toxic company owners (favors their own company and kicks randoms) etc etc...

21.10.2021:
- A gold dupe exploit was detected and anyone with Character_Persist_Failure can send gold via “Send Gold” from inventory to someone without the persist error, and exit the game. Upon reloading into the game, the gold will return to the previous amount before sending, but the recipient will retain the gold sent to them!
Now the economy will be even worse.

I do agree there needs to be more ways to earn money, however wars / invasions are a good way, even if you lose. Town project should give at least 10x the gold it does.

We need a universal basic income. Everyone should get 1,000 gold per day for free.

Im sitting around 23k gold atm ive spent quite abit on rushing town boards so i could of been sitting higher they is alot richer folk than me but i think im doing better than most. Heres what i done to make cash and a timeline of it.

.At the start i did what any others did gather resources and sell the ones im not using much of

.I got to starmetal sold them early made a good amount of money from that

.I then got to orichalcum tools and started selling these which im still doing and making good cash from

.As im selling orichalcum tools i sell my worse tools on the market and leave em there while my good tools i sell via chat so i can sell for higher prices and avoid the market tax fee which helps me sell faster because people dont wanna pay taxes

.Other things i sell are any luck gear i get and dont need i sell for 50 each on my server most sell them for 75-100 so i get quick easy sales

.Vials of azoth easy 100-125 gold per bottle and not to rare i can find a few of these from an hour of xp mob farming

.If you make any thing like stone bricks or steel cartridges for leveling up them trade skills fast you can sell them quite fast dont make these unless you are power leveling its just a side bonus

.If all else fails get back to the roots and farm a resource thats in demand thats still selling decently such as iron ingots or leather.

.Remember that using better refine materials when crafting can net you more on things so overall more profit if you get more bonus crafted items

I'm level 14 and I make 7000 gold a day from casual life skilling. You're level 60 and barely making money. Either I'm a genius or you are just very bad at mmos.

No thanks, sounds like the political nonsens in real life to destroy social warfare states.
I'm talking about the game. Wink, wink.
Also, we need free housing, it's a basic human... I mean gamer right. For gaming, in MMOs.

Lol no, you're not making 7k a day at level 14 "casually" playing. Nobody is going to believe that nonsense.

Sssh, they're clearly trying to bait you into spilling the beans. Less people that know, the better you perform.

Fist off, he's level 14, he's not crafting anything, so at best he's trying to play the market with what he started with. I know a few people playing the markets, and they're not making anywhere close to that thanks to how few people are buying, the others playing the market (especially large companies), the listing prices (which are insane compared to other games), etc.

Secondly, You hit level 14 in the first hour or two of playing, and nobody is getting anywhere close to 7k in that time. The market also isn't sustainable since over time the market is getting flooded, and almost nobody is making any money. If you believe a level 14 is making 7k a day, I have a bridge to sell.

There will be a gold store for purchasing gold with real money, mark my words; the gold system is deliberately scarce for this reason.
