Hecker's Haven Boss didnt spawn

so yesterday before patch update, i try to find this First Mate boss to complete my quest at hecker's haven, but the boss is not there. There is someone who look like a boss but his name is not First Mate.
do you guys fix that yet or no?

it's around a 5 min spawn timer. i'm sure others will immediately jump in to correct me, but basically the alligator spawns and then the first mate spawns a short while after in the same location. easy to miss if there are other players there ready to gank it.

How long did you wait? I made the mistake as well to leave before they respawned at the first time there.

Apparently folks dont like killing them on my server... they are almost always up when I come by to grab those 2 starmetal nodes on the ledge by them.

He spawns the other side of that rock and the alligator spawns slightly before. I had to wait ages, probably more than 5 mins. Not really sure if it makes a difference but I stood out of the way just in case i interfered with the spawn.

is he outsidce the cave where the alligator susana spawn? or inside the cave? because i've been there for 20 min, the boss inside the cave isnt first mate, also outside i only saw the alligator... this is weird

He spawns within seconds of the alligator, WITH the alligator... If you are INSIDE the cave no wonder you cant find him, because he's NOT there.
