Game stays in loading screen after start [SOLVED, TL;DR install on HDD not SSD]

So I installed the game today and when I run it, the EAC window opens and the game starts, but freezes where it says NEW WORLD on the screen, what can I do?

I already deleted the ASG files, checked the data for problems via Steam properties and now I dont know, what else I should do...

How long did you let it wait. It takes a long time depending on you graphics card and memory. The game makes a shader cash and it could take up to 15 min the first time on a slow machine.

Verify your files under the game proprieties / in game files menu. Cap your FPS in settings to 60. This is your problem -> "fps in game 144 with high settings". Turn it down.

so the problem was solved, I wanted to share here
I installed on an HDD, after changing to my SSD it worked just fine, it now runs flawlessly with 144fps cap, when before it wouldn't even start properly

never before I had such a big problem due to the hard drive
