The majority of players are bots that farm for the larger guilds, otherwise nothing has really changed.
That will definitely be the reason why the game is now an RPG game.

It is still good but hopefully will be better in October. Its just not good for the players at endgame right now. As they've done nearly everything there is to keep them entertained.

You can yes, it may take some time but you can join the group finder and it will place you with players who are also looking for a group for that particular dungeon. If you haven't played since before mounts and have the rise of angry earth content its definitely fun to play in my opinion. Its just as soon as you reach near gear score cap you may find yourself wondering what content their actually is to keep you playing.

October by the look of it my change this but you should get some good amount of time if you have the Rise update and then the free update in October.

The game will be staying as an open persistant world their just changing the phrasing of the game as an Action Role playing game rather than an MMO even though it will still be the same game it is today just hopefully more polished.
