There's nothing to preorder, it's the same game.

Its a free update for PC players , unlike what the sheep herd is copy pastaing they are just making this game more friendly and option for End game for Solo Players Aka Large PvP end game zone / Solo Challenges(Trials) / Exactly what most MMOS are trying to do right now just like WoW Solo que rated PvP arenas/BGs ....
