I have watched YouTube about learning recipes and it says to salvage the recipe ?
Not working how do I do it ?

Are you asking about cooking recipes or are you using "recipes" as a term for any crafting schematic? Some crafting schematics are learned by salvaging them. Others are one-time use only and are used at the crafting station when crafting that item.

I can not salvage any so how do I use as one time use ?

In the upcoming Season 4 update, you'll be able to convert recipes and music sheets to exp in the related skill.

It's not currently in game.

Have to click the recepie then a drop down should pop up and hit salvage. If you've learned the recepie already it will not be possible to salvage and can be used to convert into trade skill xp at an engineer bench under research.

They changed it to learn from salvage, but ya it should not be a problem.
