And come on, how much freakin storage do you need. One character can store a hell of a lot of stuff with three houses and using the storage in every available settlement.
I would not mind a server wide storage system but would settle for a universal storage. I suggested it before the forum shutdown but have it so as you discover expanded storage options, such as a new settlement, it would increase all storage. This would get rid of the unnecessary step of manual moving things around storage sheds.
It is cost free now so why not take it that last little baby step.
That's what I do. I probably have 15,000 to 20,000lbs worth of storage and that's not with the best houses or storage chests.
