Report a translation problem
Sounds like a screen configuration issue. Right click desktop choose display settings and make sure you are using Display 1.
This will reset all your custom settings and keybinds to the default, so you will have to go back and change those to what you had them at before.
It's also important to note this only a temporary fix. Eventually (usually after a few days), it will start doing it again, and you will have to repeat this process. It's not an issue with hardware or drivers. It's AGS's inability to proper code a game. I recently wanted to come back and play again to check out the new content, and ran into this issue. I did the fix above about four times before I finally said it wasn't worth jumping through all those hoops to play New World for me. So I'm not playing again until that gets fixed.
