Healers in Arena

Having healers in Arena basically means u win the arena match. its just a coinflip on whichever team gets the healer and I think they need to change something surrounding it. Sacred ground needs PVP nerf or healers should have cooldowns dramatically increased so that something like refreshing move needs impact, or overall healing needs to be cut in half because the state of it now is not sustainable.

Yep. i just afk till the match is over when the enemy team has a healer and we don't. There's literally no point putting yourself through all that effort when the chances of losing are so astronomically high.

This has not been my experience, a healer doesn't guarantee a win. You should just observe and adjust, try new strategies to counter healers. Maybe even making your own healer build so you can switch when your team doesn't have a healer, if you feel like they're so overpowered and necessary.

Yeah, that's not the way. If you AFK on my team I'd despise you. Why queue if you aren't going to play?

The problem is the matchmaking system and it not only affects Arenas but also OPR.

And that was the reason I stopped playing New World, because OPR games are insufferable.

Don't blame the players, hate the developers. If Amazon are unwilling to fix the issue, then i am unwilling to interact with it.

To fix the issue? They are consistently making changes to balance out the game play, and honestly I don't even see an issue. As I've mentioned if you really feel like a healer is necessary, and refuse to play if the other team has a healer and you don't... Why don't you think about making your own healer build so you can equip it when your team doesn't have a healer? Why don't you actively work to overcome the issue, instead of just complaining about it? That's how you become a stronger player. If you AFK every time you're challenged, how are you going to get better? And you're ruining the experience for every other player in the game. Your team is set up to fail, and the other team doesn't even have a challenge. Just makes the game no fun at all for anyone.
