Let me guess? You ran the game with uncapped FPS?!
GPU never had any temperature or usage issues. Running this on Gforce RTX 2060, definitely a budget type of graphics card.
Your card like over volted and fried I guess?
No doubt the game will put a put of heat on your GPU. HOWEVER, you can't blame the game on you're computers poor air flow.
RTX 3080, zero issues. Roughly 6k hours in game, never had a issue with a GPU.
Plus, the GPUs that it was supposedly killing, was the 3090...not a AMD. Turns out the 3090 had wide spread hardware faults.
Game didn't kill your GPU, you did.
A story of someone who wants others to believe will always get grander and grander. LIke this.
First OP had a simple story and we knew it was a lie. SO they add cause they cannot cope with the reality.
Alternatively, you could cap your frames?
6900xt with a waterblock and 5800x3d watercooled and 32g ram. For some reason this is the only game that stresses high end cards to the point of death. When I gave it to our rma guy at work he laughed and said "the number of cards I had to rma cause of that fking game" just sayin. game was fun, but very much not worth risking burning up another card.
