BUGGED QUEST - Cure For What Ails You/Harvest a cougar liver
I'm trying it for hours, coming back to location the second time, I already killed a dozen Mountain cougars but no Fat cougar liver drops. I already finished Harvest a ram horn.

I need help. Any suggestion, anyone... ?

I was having a similar issue. I finally got a liver off of a "salt hollow cat" that spawned very near the nearby fast travel spot, so maybe try that instead?

Just killed a cougar and it dropped! I guess you have to keep trying

Can confirm. Salt hollow cats near the quest giver dropped liver immediately. Cougars that were also marked to drop the item further away did not drop it.
