is heavy armor worst armor type?

I feel like outside of tanking heavy armor is terrible. Especially in pvp i feel like im wearing no armor at all.

Heavy armour i would say is pretty useless in PVP cause the need of dodging and mobility. pretty much just a pve thing for tanks to be brick walls. You could use heavy armour in pvp if you have a pocket healer.

Medium is the winner for sure. Still light armor is for the cool kids. Heavy is pointless, medium tank works great. I guess wars is the only spot where you need some heavies.

Heavy armor in PVP is more of a frontline, teamfight build. W/ Flail & Warhammer, or SnS/Warhammer you can disrupt the enemy team pretty effectively. Stack consitution & hold right click with your shield and you'll stay alive longer.
Is it really the worst armor type? Kind of, because you are very limited on what builds you can make.
