Random screen flicker

I know there has been some posts about it but other then the random quick screen flickering the game is looking and running great for me.

Does anyone know or have a fix for the random flicker that happends. Not game breaking just annoying.

7800 xt 16gb
32gb ram
1tb ssd
1440p 170hz monitor

130-150 fps in world
70 in towns sometime dip to 60

Started noticing it after a recent patch.

Usually when entering new zones while traveling and it tends to happen on specific spots in some towns too.

Clearly others are affected besides us and all on different hardware too. From what i read, this bug dates back to the beta but i never remember experiencing it even though i partook in several beta tests.

Tryed several things, nothing helps.
For Example:
- updated Graphics Card Driver
- repaired Game Files
- Uninstalled New World an deleted all remaining Files in Gamefolder and Appdata
- reinstalled game
- disabled G-Sync
- capped framerate to 60 via Nvidia-Control-Panel
- capped framerate to 60 ingame
- uncapped framerate via Nvidia-Control-Panel
- uncapped framerate ingame
- lowered graphics to low ingame
- changed to windowered mode
- diabled vsync
- disabled svm-mode in bios
- tryed on another monitor
- ...


Yesterday i found a Spot, where i can force this screen splash effect to show when entering. The spot is Drachenzahn-Fälle. Right by entering this Spot through the wooden towers, the screen flickers like a bold. I can go backwards an reentering this spot and the splash is happening again.

Nothing above was helping to fix this issue, which is really annoying.
