The Path of Thorns / Seeds of Hope is not bugged

As the title says I the game is not actually bugged.

The game offers a choice to start the MSQ from two different areas. What isn't explained and really awkward is that after finishing the "Thorns" quest you return to Madea and the quest line just ends and she doesn't lead you anywhere. ( this only happens if you actually start the MSQ in Monarch's Bluff )

The quest Seeds of Hope is given to you via either MSQ starting path you chose..and after you finish the "Thorns Quest" it SHOULD give you a quest to go to the Fishermans Haven to talk to Yonas or w/e his name is as long as you chose the Windsward starting Zone instead.

For myself I got to level 58 doing one line of the MSQ while still having a main quest down in windward. When I spent time blasting out the Windward quest it just abruptly ended. I spent a few hours doing research to see if anything made sense... this was my conclusion.. correct me if im wrong because there is no info online to help new players.

I spent 2 hrs last night looking up solutions to the Quest disappearing. There were about 100 different comments on plenty of different post. some as recent as 2-5 days. But there was 0 information.
