The MD fort control for crafting bonus is a DISASTER for some servers

We basically have one faction in almost complete control of our map. They also have control of the MD fort which gives that faction a 5% crafting bonus.

What they have done is stop running any town projects in their controlled territories (basically the whole map) so no other faction can craft 700 GS Gear except them (using the new MD fort bonus).

I am not sure if this is intended by AGS, but enabling one faction that is already getting all taxes, property upkeep, etc and filling their coffers to also now control who can and cannot craft 700gs gear blows my mind tbh.
