Lumberyard Error
Never had a crash before but now this error message and after relock in 1min. or so again!?
Whats that...?

Says:
Lumberyard Error (Window Title)
(UNsafePTR) - Attempting to deference a null ptr.

AND i'm dont playing ptr, im playing life...???

I am curious about this as well. -- The game runs outstanding for me except for the occasional Lumberyard Error. It has only happened the last couple of days.

I'm still having a blast and enjoying everything about this New World...!! :)

İ think Lumberyard is the 'second hand' cheap version of the cry engine and that is here ment but what the heck ptr if im playing life?

It means some programmer forgot to clean up his pointers, and the game is now trying to access a memory location that doesn't exist any more.

Same is happening to me crashed 2 times in 15 mins.

yeah this keeps happening to me all of a sudden. played for like 15 hours the last two days then suddenly it just keeps crashing every like 3-5 minutes.

This just happened to me as well this morning. AGS needs to get off their butts and clear this issue up. - Lumberyard Error (UnsafePtr) - Attempting to dereference a null ptr - While playing the live retail game,.. not the PTR

maybe they are doing something and i think today or tomorrow they will release a hotfix but dont know if there will be a fix for this case also!?

İ have made the verifiying files thing after the first crash and started the game and immidiately after 1 min. again a crash.

ok, nice to know but is there a way to fix it or do we have to wait for next patch / update / bugfix?
