Beyond the gates quest
Is the quest bugged or is the respawn time actually this long and if so for the love of god why, this is a main story boss?

i fought it but wasnt strong enough so left and now i cant find it on the map

In case there's still people struggling with this, wait it out, the emissary takes about 15-20 min to spawn and try to get into a group if there are lots of players around so there's a higher chance one of you gets a few hits for everyone's quest
