Azoth lvl staff 5

Ive been trying to unlock the lvl 5 Azoth staff, so i can unlock heart runes for whatever reason i am able to do the heartrune quest but cant complete cause no Azoth 5 staff. I did all my main quests up to the Shattered Mountain part but, never had to talk to Gristle? Is my main quest bugged?

as stated earlier, pleasing the 3 npcs quest is, if i remmber right, the final step or the one before it to gettin the upgrade or close to it, if you dont know what that bit is then you need to keep goin on your main quest line, if you dont have any more quests then look up the quests you need and back track to the quest you last did then submit a report to the gms/devs etc and see if they can help ya out

Tier III - The Alliance
Tier IV - Race for the Box, used to seal level 50 Corruption Breaches.
Tier V - The Tempest's Heart, used to seal level 60 and 65 Corruption Breaches.

By pleasing the 3 npcs are they a side quest? Because as said before i completed all the main story outside of brimstone and Artemis quest lines. I see no main quest lines on my map.

to unlock brimstone you need to do all the mainstory quest in the other zones, but even if you do that about 15 quest into brim youll get a quest to use your staff lvl 5, and you wont have it, but until they fix it I would do every MSQ in all the other zones.

i'm having the same problem, also, when I made my azoth staff t4, my t3 didn't disappear, so I stayed with 2 azoth staffs, 1 t4 in my charachter and the other in the backpack. After that, one day I logged in and my t4 azoth staff was gone, and I was able to continue the part of the main quest that was bugged (when you enter the spiritual test to kill the corrupted Ionas). So I continued the quests until I was on the desert map and couldn't do anything, any quest, including the main one, just cause I didn't have the T5 azoth staff while I didn't even had the T4. Luckly I havent bought the expansion for this wonderful game.

Its got to be a bug because I have finished every single main quest to include all the brimstone sands quests up till the point it needs a level 5 staff to continue. I am now hardlocked out of the quests. trillion dollar company. Cannot even submit a ticket. no official forums.

TY. Same, I was stuck on the Edengrove quest chain when new DLC dropped and lost my T4 staff and now cant continue the MSQ because I need a staff to complete.

P.S. The quest in Edengrove have changed. There is no bear and fish or 3 critters to please. You have 2 trials to finish, the Leviathan and Thorp.
