Azoth lvl staff 5

Ive been trying to unlock the lvl 5 Azoth staff, so i can unlock heart runes for whatever reason i am able to do the heartrune quest but cant complete cause no Azoth 5 staff. I did all my main quests up to the Shattered Mountain part but, never had to talk to Gristle? Is my main quest bugged?

Only main quest i see is the Artemis one, and all the Brimstone ones I couldn't find any other main story quests :(

im having the same issues... ive DONE EVERY MAIN STORY QUEST in the game, im stuck on brim stone and the heartrune quest b.c i need lvl 5 staff to continue the quest...

Am i missing some prequest? ive tried to google this, and i find NOThing, Ive done the story line quest for tempest, but no quest to get to gristle

Its got to be a bug because I have finished every single main quest to include all the brimstone sands quests up till the point it needs a level 5 staff to continue. I am now hardlocked out of the quests. trillion dollar company. Cannot even submit a ticket. no official forums.

Im stuck with lvl 3 azoth staff cuz of a bug, I leveled a new character to lvl 60 just to unistall this ♥♥♥♥ game
I've seen a lot of bug reports related to blocked main quest and they release a DLC what a joke

The game is broken for a lot of people, me included. Can't get my T5 staff or do brimstone sands. All of those MSQ don't exist for me at all.
