How do you change between Onslaught and Defiance stance?

Using some abilities puts you in those stances, at least this is how it worked before the expansion. Check the abilities description.

if you read the nodes in the tree, it will tell you.

So i dont get it, The Skill Adaptive rush says in defiance stance Rush heals for 15% of damage. So to activate this i need to use Adaptive rush and then right way any skill in Defiance tree ?

You are backwards, you need to use a defiance skill first THEN adaptive rush. Also, there are other nodes in the tree that can trigger stances instead of using a skill... please read the skill tree
