No HeartGem Unlock Quest?

I completed the main quest when the game came out, Blistering sands didn't really interest me so I took a break from the game like 5 main quests into the Blistering Sands expansion. This new update got my attention so I've got back into it. I've completed all the main story quests in the new expansion. since doing so, Blistering sands quests are no longer showing up so I cant get to the quest to unlock the heartgem. I've checked my journal and done everything I can think of. does anyone have any ideas or know what to do?

I would maybe google where the location is to start the quest, go there and see if you're able to talk to the person and start it from there.

this is a known issue for returning players. very bad though. They are working on a fix. i stopped playing until this is fixed.

I am in the same boat. It is a bug with old characters not completing it and it is no longer available until a fix.

ye its horrible, we are wating like 30hours, FIX IT DAMN. Streamers talked about it too. DO SOMETHING, jesus christ, we gave u another chance after 2 years. dont fck it up again

Have the same problem. I entered Brimstone on the left bottom entry, after few side quest, i completed a quest at the "Wikala al-Waha" Outpost where i needed to farm some cactus, and after that i got Lv.9 Main Quest and none other quest anymore in Brimstone ......

Here with the same problem. I did some missions for it then bam it disappeared. Very unhappy and hope there is a fix soon.

imagine it being 4 months later and there still isnt a fix. this is actually a joke.
