Have you actually installed the DLC? I had to reboot Steam to get an update to actually download the expansion.

I'm already trying to reinstall whole game, this doesnt help too. Also rebooted pc/steam

I used the steam file repair function, I got files corrupted. After this I have been able to start my game. That may help you.

If you meet this issue, try to repair Easy Anti-Cheat.

Step 1: Go to Steam and click Library.
Step 2: Locate New World, go to Settings > Manage > Browse local files to open the folder of this game in File Explorer.
Step 3: In the EasyAntiCheat folder, double-click the EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe file.
Step 4: Click Repair Service.

Hey guys im having this issue aswell but this way to fix it doesnt work for me, does anyone have any other ideas? i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times now and tried a vpn aswell and it hasnt worked

I've had similar problem in Russia. Ironically, blocking Youtube by our government had helped me :D
It turned out, that installing an app for bypassing our Youtube ban, GoodbyeDPI, resolved the problem with New World, too.
So I suggest to all with this problem in Russia to go to ht tp s: / / github . com/ValdikSS/GoodbyeDPI and install it (remove spaces).
