Ahh, the oldest trick in the book, I was hacked and the hacker did it!
It can be "the oldest trick".
But I also remember shortly after Release there was a ton of RMT with botting.
AGS banned many ppl back in the day, also innocent ppl that got unbanned cause they did a ban appeal.
I think it can be the case that you are one of those ppl and now it´s kinda to late.
1. Devs and support intentionally do not interact on this forum in this capacity. There is no recourse available to you via here.
2. You've already appealed the in game ban and were denied. (the default for Amazon). You've no further ability to then reconcile your situation outside of buying another copy of the game on another steam account. However I'd not recommend that either due mind you.
3. RMT as others mentioned stands for real money transactions/trading. To what extent that was for you or not doesnt matter though at this point. Speculations on why and why nots have no bearing. Your account is done and gone at this point.
4. Take this as a good thing. There are plenty of better games out there to spend time with and not waste frustrations and efforts with NW any more. Your emotional investment in the issue is for all intents and purposes a sunk cost fallacy. Best to just move on and be wiser for the wear.
