That's it definitely not bots🤣
I bought new world on day one, and only got to lv 25 when it released, was just too grindy for me at the time it felt lack luster.
I came back last month, and had fun doing the story. I think the MQs only had me do 1 actual dungeon(amrite) and the rest had skip features with side quests.
So yeah I got to 60 without doing a single dungeon.
I go in letting people know, new and to bare with me, very few give tips. And a lot just rage.
Like there are new players, people need to not be so toxic.
We new people do appreciate the ones that give us tips before boss fights and small walk throughs.
Now if we could work on gear locking your dungeons at 625, instead of letting us in at the 100+ gear score rooms and waiting to just kick us after 10+ min of waiting for someone with a higher score. Give the new people a chance too.
Probably because noone invites you to a dungeon just because you are a lvl 60. You need an entire expertise resume along with specific weapon sets and ALREADY have done the dungeon to even join.
Heck gimme three bots to do them with or ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ anything than locking me out of them, let me solo them at 60.
Or is it like the group finder there and you have to do it all manually yourself ?
Yes actually, is this your first MMO?
Back in the early months if the game, outside of the dungeons to progress your staff/main story, most skipped doing the dungeons. As well the fastest leveling methods in the game involved(and still pretty much do) leveling in the first couple of zones constantly doing faction and townboard quests further making visiting higher zones less necessary, until you wanted to progress faction or main story/staff needs.
But like with any mmo's the players who chide and rant against those that dont know or understand how to do dungeons just help ensure things to be a vicious circle of frustration for themselves because they dont have the mind to actually help others to learn how to do the dungeons and thus have more folks to interact with vs discouraging and disparaging them from doing so in the future.
Likely not given their name if you know WoW. It also likely feeds into their attitude and animosity towards dungeon learners too.
