Can't transfer Region

So i moved my char from Asia to EU central, played with friend for a while. Now my friend quit and i have high ping in EU so wanted to transfer back and it wont allow me.
I sold my houses, took off market all orders, cleared all mission. followed every step, then i press transfer, i choose the region and it starting the transfer, it kicks me out of the game, i go back in, its says character in transfer, some minutes later character gone for 10 minutes, isn't in either region. After 10 minutes character shows back up on EU central region and the same server.
Any suggestion why isn't it working? Someone had similar issues in the past?

Ye ye i did, they advised me to do the same steps that are in game, told them i did it already and waiting for answer again. Was just wondering if its normal and anyone has encountered same thing

This might be a stupid question, but did you buy a transfer token from the store ($15), or did you use an unused original free token? I believe they don't work anymore.

I recently bought a token, used it, only had to delete my friends list, and within 5 minutes I was on the new server ...even spawned into my house.

I was trying to transfer with the free token and its not working. At the same time i tried it with another character and the FREE token worked to transfer from EU central to US east, so not sure if the token at fault.
Received reply from amazon, they kinda told me that it might be FREE token, to buy another one and try :D. But when i asked again if it will work 100% or it just a try they told this.
Note: If you deleted a character in the region you want to transfer to before February 11, 2022, you likely can't select that region for transfer. This is a known issue we're working to address in a future update.
So ye for now i guess i just gone step back from the game. Don't want to give them anymore money without a clear answer that it gone work.
Also joined discord and read that many people are having same issues. Even better, many people characters got deleted when they try to transfer region.
