F4 Gold deposito

I made f4 on 01.04.2023 and deposited 450,000 Gold in my account as a deposit. After the update came, neither Gold nor the company remained in the middle. I have given feedback and no response. Could you help ?

bro, are you in trouble? Did you deduce that I bought gold from what I said? I know the rules of the game as well as you do. I did not buy or sell gold. I collected it with my own effort. In the future, when my friends return to the game again, I wanted to get the Item.. Because of the 500.000 Gold limit in the game, I wanted to f4 and stay at the company and the gold disappeared after the update ?? can you understand this??

If you don't know the gold carrying limit of 500.000 Gold in the game, learn this first. It does not increase when it reaches 500,000. The solution to this is to f4 and transfer it to the company. there is no limit about it. but after I did this, the update came and the gold disappeared after the update. There were also those who lost valuable items on them due to the update. This is a post-update bug and I'm trying to fix it. you don't know anything, you set it up in your head and write here. Everyone is stupid, you're smart anyway.

1. New World Devs and support intentionally do not interact on this forum in this capacity. You are only ranting with other players.

2. All in game related issues are handled on the official website's support ticket system. If you have made a ticket already there, all you can do is wait. If you havent made a ticket there, make one. If you made a ticket and they already responded there is nothing more to be done, then move on as..... there's nothing more to that'll be done.

But here, you're just aimlessly axe-grinding and typically that doesn't have the favorable outcome that those who initiate it tend to expect.....

I created feedback. I just posted on the forum to see if there is anything else I can do. Is the in-game feedback sufficient? I was just wondering how long it takes to respond.
