Only getting PTR not main game

I have just bought New World. When I load it i am only getting the public test realm and not the actual game world. How do I access the main game world? Sorry if this is a silly noob question.

Same thing happened to me. Once I added the key into Steam it prompted to install the PTR version only. I wasn't paying attention, and just check Install like i always do. Didn't realise until I logged in. You'll see the proper version in your Steam library to download.

Steam deck only shows one version and is only ptr ver.

You should see the normal version in your library above the PTR version. :)
