[Main story quest bug] The Heart of the Tempest

Heyho, I got a main story quest that have bugged so I'm stuck and cannot progress in the game.

The MSQ "The Heart of the Tempest: Delve deeper into the Tempet's Heart to Confront Captain Isabella" is bugged.

I pick up another repeatable quest before going into the dugeon from a NPC called "MARA ROSA" and that quest got completed after the dungeon,
but not the "The Heart of the Tempest" one.

I completed the dungeon with a full group.

I reset the quest and did the dungeon again, and it worked.
