Does the bandwidth setting really matter?
Was playing with it at high but i think having it set on low gave me a little better ping. Not sure though, my internet connection is pretty so/so, i get around 20mbps on a multi threaded connection speed test and around 6-8mbps connection on an single one.

having tried both, doesn't seem to do much. and even using low will not prevent the
brandwidth death loop that somehow trigger once in a while (game usually use ~20kB/s, will then slowly ramp up with no end until it use everything and then disconnect you, haven't been patch since beta) meaning this setting doesn't seem to limit max data usage in any way.

you are more or less saving ~3 kB/s from medium to low, which is only relevant if you have limited internet per month, and even then it's not much.

same. 95 ping opposed to 40-50 in any other game that has servers in the same region as AGS AWS

I get around 100-120 ping, i assume RTT is the ping when you have the FPS metrics thing turned on.
