login blocked: suspicious software or corrupted install detected

like the title said, does anyone have issues with this too?
this happens every 5 / 10 minutes while playing NW.
Reinstalling the game now... i hope it works.

There's no fix to it. It's the same as someone being banned for using cheat, is the ban a problem? No, it's intended to work the way it works. The message is clear: suspicious software or corrupted install detected. If you checked your game files, you won't have corrupted files installed, thus there's only one reason, suspicious software.

As people said, could be a lot of things, a software installed that doesn't work properly with New World, or tempering with files... It doesn't matter, to fix that, people just need to have PURELY the official files from the game and nothing more, AKA remove everything that ISN'T official.

i was playing more then 1800 hours. Last maintenance and BOOM - I have this ♥♥♥♥ too. Try all recomendation, twice reinstall the game and nothing helped. GG WP

I would stop playing until they fix it, we all might get mass banned like they did it with Bots Ark where they false banned thousands of players.. only to unban them 1 week later

People will never understand what "suspicious software or corrupted install detected" means. We went back and forth with this thread, at this point, an admin or moderator should simply close it for good.

If you verify your files, it will automatically download all corrupted and missing files. If this doesn't work, this means something in your machine isn't allowing the game to work. It's a similar problem to CS:GO's "VAC unable to verify game session". It doesn't mean it's cheat or hack, but it does mean that something isn't enabling you from playing the game, and you'll only be able to play when you get rid of this something.

At this point, I believe people are too lazy to figure out what's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the situation, OR they legitimately think they will keep playing with BOT even with this message showing all the time.

I know that there are some things that can run in the background that will false positive it, I've sent them the proof of it and filed bug reports. Overwolf will sometimes flag as "Suspicious" Despite the fact that it's just a mod manager for Valheim. Which has absolutely nothing to do with the game.

The other ones that were sometimes flagging it was simply Dosbox.

I was running DOSBOX to play daggerfall and had daggerfall in the background while playing New World. And it set it off. No idea why it did,

I just simply make sure that the little icons for either of them are not turned on or still running when ingame.

EAC is the cheapest and poorest anti-cheat implemented.
If you search about it, you'll see tons of games use it because it's really cheap, but this is the cost. When I can remove EAC I do it, for example, 7 Days to Die has EAC, but I turn it off to play...

New World is special about it... A lot of people reported that... EAC was going crazy, they contact AGS Support to help them with it, then AGS send an instruction on how to deal with EAC, when people did what AGS told them, they got auto ban from EAC because they were tempering with EAC files... Go figure.

Here is some meaningful feedback that D.A.R.K. doesn't know how to provide.

If you are experiencing the "LAG DETECTED" or "Corrupted Install" errors, restart your internet modem or WiFi router. The issue is because of a DNS error and you will keep being booted until you change your DNS or restart your internet.

Fixes the issue for me 100% of the time. Even though D.A.R.K. swears I have a bot or other illicit program. The fix is a simple internet restart.

If you can't find a fix by restarting your internet, restart your internet and also your PC, then verify files. This is guaranteed to solve your issue.
